Wellness Coaching

Have you ever gotten good advice that you were unable to follow? Has your doctor ever recommended a diet or lifestyle change that you were unable to put into practice? Have you ever wanted something, but gave up because you didn’t know how to achieve it on your own?

Your personalized coaching program with me will improve your mindset, health and happiness. Together, we will explore concerns that are specific to you, and give you the tools and resources you’ll need for a lifetime of healthy habits. As my coaching client, you will:

  • learn proven strategies and tools to reduce stress and restore your energy
  • understand and reduce your cravings
  • replace bad habits with soothing self-care rituals
  • feel healthier and more confident in your own skin
  • learn how to work with your mental health condition so you can stop fighting your mind
  • learn to set healthy boundaries that protect you and your relationships
  • develop a “non food dessert menu” so you can reward yourself without indulging in unhealthy habits
  • improve your relationships and communication
  • gain perspective that allows you to see the bigger picture and go with the flow when things don’t go your way
  • Learn how to heal from grief in a way that is life affirming and honors your loved one’s memory in daily life
